About the Role
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, Job portals, referral program, etc.
Hands on experience in IT hiring / Leadership Hiring.
Should have excellent working knowledge and experience in volume / Mid level Hiring.
Must meet all recruitment timelines successfully, as assigned. Plan, develop and drive sourcing/recruitment strategies in consultation with the immediate manager.
Generate references and maintain good networking with existing talent pool and constantly work on generating new leads.
Conduct pre-screening interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Generate and maintain weekly, monthly recruitment reports/dashboards.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Coordinating interviews with the Business team managers and following up on the interview process status.
Maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
• Provide 24/7 IT Support via Chats, Tickets, and Calls • L1 Support for Frequently used applications like MS Office, Zoom, VPN, Box, SharePoint etc., • First point of contact to handle IT issues from internal users • Troubleshoot technical issues through remote desktop connection • Modify email distribution list permissions • Modify Active Directory groups • Software installations and Repairs • Document the issues correctly, Handle/escalate the tickets promptly in Ticketing tool like service-now
Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
• Maintain Service Level Agreement for all the tickets • Prompt response to the emails received in the shift
