About the Role
Studying the contractual obligations against each order received from various customers.
Coordinating with Internal departments within TTDI to make the product ready and prepare Bill break up dispatch Invoices/Notes.
Coordinate with customer from Purchase order acknowledgement/amendment
Coordinate with customer and collection material receipt acknowledgement /certificate and payment follow up
Coordinate with CHA/shipper/Forwarder/Liner collect Shipping Bills/Bill of Lading for Export Customer.
Prepare and submission of Invoices, Dispatch and Delivery Documentation, Payment Documentation preparation and Submission
Maintain Invoicing Register and ageing receivables list
Order Wise Invoice Wise Billing Reconciliation with Customers
Prepare Process Flow chart for every order and implement the same
Ensure all documentation Standard as per ISO Standard guidelines and updating the same as and when changes take place.
To ensure making the products ready for dispatch as per customer delivery and also to ensure timely dispatches & delivery to avoid any LDs in coordination with the relevant stakeholders.
Raising Time Extension request and obtain amendment of orders for the same from the Customers.

Your main responsibility is marketing operations: the coordination of all activities and deliverables to build a strong relationship for DXR to the worldwide healthcare community with close alignment with PD Marketing. Your key areas of responsibilities include the following:
Execute and coordinate marketing assets like training, sales enablers and marketing programs
Be the expert on marketing tools functionality, like pricing and catalogue tools
Deliver upon and support the DXR marketing strategy in collaboration with the Product Management, Clinical Marketing teams and the Corporate PD (Precision Diagnosis) Marketing team
Adapt marketing execution of new solutions and life cycle solutions
Execute the PD communication strategy to key markets globally.
Support and expand the global network of contacts with DXR customers and collaborate on key opinion user communication
Drive communication alignment with product / solution / services roadmaps to demonstrate evidence from the clinical, technical, and economical perspective
Interact with various disciplines including internal and external design agencies, suppliers, marketing management, marketing communication and international sales and marketing organizations
Direct report to Marketing Operations Leader and be a key team member in the global marketing team
Follow a lean way of working and a continuous improvement mindset within the global marketing team
